For over twenty-eight years, Fred C. Lowther has been providing legal services to families in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia and throughout the Province of British Columbia.

Fred C. Lowther received his LL.B. in 1979 from the University of British Columbia and was called to the B.C. Bar in 1980. He practices exclusively in the area of family law and is a widely respected and senior member of the Family Bar. Mr. Lowther specializes in the areas of property division, spousal and child support, and child custody and access. He is a highly effective and experienced trial lawyer, well known for his tenacious defence of his client’s rights in both Provincial and Supreme Court trials, as well as in the B.C. Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada.
